OK so weight is a concern for many diabetics, so this group is for everyone wanting to manage their weight and get support from others doing the same. well i started again last Saturday weighing 15st 4lb and this Saturday i weighed 15st 1/4lb so a drop of 3 3/4lb so im very happy
is there a like button? :D

i put on .3kg this week but as i went out for a very large meal last week and spent 5 days ill on the sofa not moving im happy with that . I can get back to the gym tomorrow so hope fully i'll drop a bit next week

1.4 kg is an excellent weight loss (i'm counting water too, cause that would be too much to be sustainable long-term)
slow but sure............ you didn't gain all of the weight in a month, it creeps up over the years......... sigh

water fluctuations, don't worry about it Sami, just stick to your original goal, and remember INCHES count too :D No movement for me this week, but I have to make a point of getting on the wiifit more this week, particularly since I am planning to be home for the weekend for a change.

OK I am lousy at remembering to weigh in on a bank holiday. However, I am hovering at 79.6, down from a starting point of 80.1kg. Nothing massive, but I have been away most weekends and pretty idle the rest of the time. Must do better.
Showed a pic of myself at 102kg (BMI 33) just before diagnosis to someone who's only known me for 6 months and he refused to believe it was me lol.

Ok weighting day again (wake up Nige that means you too ) i have lost .8kg this week witch is not bad as i was in Lincoln at my sisters for 4 days having meals out and a lot more than normal
